Having led operations and R&D initiatives across globally recognized organizations, he specializes in agrochemical formulations, specialty crop nutrition, process engineering, and large-scale manufacturing systems. His extensive experience in developing innovative crop protection and plant nutrition solutions, coupled with his leadership in plant operations and technology transfer, has contributed significantly to the successful launch of numerous products across domestic and international markets.

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Aura Biotechnologies Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Mariappan leads the company’s technology, research and development, manufacturing, and product innovation functions.
